What buyers ask first.

Is the trial really free?
Yes. We take card details so day 8 is seamless, but you can cancel anytime before then from inside the app and we won't charge you.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time; the limits and billing adjust at the start of the next cycle.
What counts as an active record?
Any renewal you're currently tracking. Archived or completed records don't count toward your limit.
Do you offer team seats beyond Command?
If you need more than 10 users, 300 records or 5 client profiles, email us. A dedicated Agency plan is on the roadmap once demand is proven.
What are Client Profiles?
Available on Command. Create separate renewal dashboards for each client or business you manage, with their own records, owners, reminders and exports. Useful for MSPs with several customers, and for VAs, bookkeepers, agencies and property managers handling multiple clients.
Is VAT included?
