- Is NoticeWindow a PSA?
- No. NoticeWindow is not a PSA and does not replace HaloPSA, ConnectWise, Autotask or your ticketing system. It is a focused renewal risk tool for tracking notice windows, owners and decisions.
- Why would we use this if our PSA already has contract reminders?
- Many MSPs still have renewal dates spread across PSA records, supplier PDFs, finance spreadsheets and inboxes. NoticeWindow gives you one simple view of notice windows and renewal decisions across supplier contracts, software licences and client agreements.
- Can we do this in a spreadsheet?
- Yes, but spreadsheets usually break down when ownership, reminders, missing notice periods, decision history and reporting matter. NoticeWindow gives the owner and ops team a shared renewal risk view.
- Does NoticeWindow legally review contracts?
- No. NoticeWindow helps organise renewal information, extract likely fields and remind your team before notice windows close. Your team must check the source agreement before relying on any date or notice period.
- Are uploaded files stored?
- You control what files are uploaded and what renewal details are saved. We hold the structured renewal record you confirm, not the original file.
- Can we use it without integrations?
- Yes. Snap a photo on your phone, drop any file from desktop or tablet, paste a screenshot, or type the dates in by hand. Integrations can come later, but the product is useful from day one.
- When do reminder emails go out?
- Users can choose reminders at 90, 60, 30, 14 and 7 days before the notice deadline, plus on the deadline itself.
- Who is it best for?
- UK MSPs and IT service providers with supplier renewals, software licences, client agreements and recurring contracts to manage.

- No. Keep using your PSA. NoticeWindow is a focused renewal risk layer for notice windows, ownership and decisions.
- How does AI extraction work?
- Snap a photo or drop any file — photo, screenshot, PDF, email, spreadsheet. AI reads it and suggests the supplier, dates, notice period, value and owner. Your team confirms before anything is saved. If a date is unclear, NoticeWindow flags it for review rather than guessing.
- What if I cancel?
- Paid access continues until the end of the billing period. Afterwards your workspace becomes read only and you can export your data at any time.
- Is my data hosted in the UK?
- Hosted in the EU, encrypted in transit and at rest. UK GDPR conscious. DPA available on request.
