- Is there a free plan?
- No, but every plan starts with a 7-day free trial. Full access, cancel any time before day 8 and you will not be charged. Plans start at £12/month.
- How do I add a renewal?
- Four ways: type it manually, import a CSV, drop in a screenshot of the renewal section, or upload a PDF. Screenshot and PDF input are coming next; manual entry and CSV import are available in the MVP.
- Do I need to upload contracts?
- No. NoticeWindow's MVP is built around structured renewal records, not contract storage. You can use it without uploading any documents.
- Can I use aliases instead of real supplier names?
- Yes. Internal labels or aliases work fine if you would rather keep records lightweight.
- Does NoticeWindow legally interpret contracts?
- No. Your team confirms renewal dates and notice periods against the source agreement. NoticeWindow helps organise, remind and record. It does not advise.
- What do the email reminders look like?
- Plain English, sent to the assigned owner two days before the notice window closes, and again on the morning the deadline lands. One click records the decision.
- Can I export my records?
- Yes. Export to CSV at any time. They are yours.
- Can I delete my data?
- Yes. Delete a record, or wipe a workspace's data entirely from Settings.
- Do you sell customer data?
- No. NoticeWindow does not sell customer data and does not use your renewal records to train AI models.
- Can I manage renewals for more than one client?
- Yes. On the Command plan, you can create separate client profiles so each client has its own renewal records, owners, reminders and exports. Useful for VAs, outsourced operators and agencies.
- Can clients see each other's data?
- No. Client profiles are kept separate. Each profile has its own records, owners and reminder settings. One client profile cannot expose another's records.
- Who is this useful for?
- Primarily UK MSPs and IT service firms. Also useful for VAs, outsourced operators, property managers, bookkeepers and agencies who manage renewal admin for multiple clients.
- What if I cancel?
- Paid access continues until the end of the billing period. Afterwards, your workspace becomes read-only and you can export at any time.
- What payment methods do you take?
- Card via Stripe. UK VAT is added at checkout where applicable.
- Is my data hosted in the UK?
- Hosted in the EU, encrypted in transit and at rest. UK GDPR compliant. DPA available on request.
