Faster onboarding

Add a renewal from a screenshot or a PDF.

The fastest way to start using NoticeWindow is to stop typing. Drop in a screenshot of the renewal section of a supplier portal, an invoice, or a one-page renewal letter. AI reads the document and suggests every field. You review and save.

Built for the way renewal information actually arrives

Renewal information rarely arrives in a tidy form ready to be copied into a tracker. It arrives as a PDF attached to an email. As a screenshot a colleague sent in a chat thread. As a section of a supplier portal that nobody wants to retype. The friction is not deciding what to track, it is the typing.

NoticeWindow's document capture is the AI step that removes the typing. You upload the file you already have. The dashboard does the data entry. You stay in control of the final values.

Always confirm first

The AI suggests values for the supplier, the renewal date, the notice period in days, the recurring value, the owner and any free-text notes. Each value is dropped into a review form on screen. Nothing is written to your dashboard until you click save.

Each extraction also returns a confidence level: high, medium or low. The badge sits at the top of the review form. Warnings about ambiguous fields, missing dates or unclear values are listed underneath. You correct anything that looks wrong, then confirm. The AI is positioned as a draft, not an authority.

You stay in control of what gets saved

You choose what files to upload and what renewal details to save after review. The dashboard keeps the structured renewal record you confirm — supplier, dates, notice period, value, owner and notes — alongside the file name, the time of upload and the user who uploaded it.

The Uploads tab in the dashboard shows you which files have been processed so you have a complete record of activity. You can delete any renewal record from the dashboard at any time.

Accepted formats

PNG, JPEG and WebP images, plus single-page PDFs. The size limit is 8MB. Most real renewal documents fall well inside that. Multi-page PDFs are not supported in the AI flow; for those, use the CSV importer or add the renewal manually.

Every upload is logged

The Uploads tab in your dashboard lists every file the AI has processed: the source type, the file name, the time it was processed, the status and the renewal it created. Nothing in your renewal history is mystery data. Every row has a traceable origin, even if the original document is no longer held.

Frequently asked questions

What file types can I upload?
PNG, JPEG and WebP screenshots, plus single-page PDFs. The maximum file size is 8MB. Most renewal letters, invoices and supplier portal screenshots fall well inside that limit.
Does NoticeWindow store the file I upload?
No. The file is sent to the AI for extraction only and is not retained. NoticeWindow stores the extracted fields and a record that an upload happened, not the original document.
What does the AI do with the file?
It reads the image or PDF and suggests values for the supplier, renewal date, notice period, recurring value and notes. You always review and confirm these values on screen before anything is saved to your dashboard.
What if the AI gets a value wrong?
You correct it in the review form before saving. The AI is positioned as a draft, not an authority. Every extracted field is editable and the confidence level is shown so you know which fields to scrutinise most carefully.
